Shipping policy

Where we deliver. We currently deliver in the Western Cape and Gauteng only. Orders cannot be placed for other provinces.

Delivery cost. A flat delivery fee of R60 per order. Delivery is free on orders over R600.

Delivery time. Orders are dispatched from our dairies in Somerset West (Western Cape) and Pretoria (Gauteng) and delivered within 3 to 5 working days of payment. Orders are not delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Keeping it cold. Your cheese is packed chilled. Please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives - fresh cheeses keep best at 0-4 °C.

Tracking. You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, with the courier's tracking details where available.
