Terms of service

These terms apply to every purchase from the Puglia Cheese online shop (pugliastore). By placing an order you accept them.

Who we are. The shop is run by Apulia Cheese (Pty) Ltd trading as Puglia Cheese, registration number 2014/121134/07, VAT number 4430271223.

Prices. All prices are in South African Rand and include VAT. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders and payment. Your order is accepted once payment has been received in full. Payments are processed securely by PayFast; we never see or store your card details. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if a product is unavailable or a price or description was shown in error.

Products. Our cheeses are handmade, so weights, sizes and appearance can vary slightly from the photos and stated weights. Products contain milk; some contain other allergens listed on the product page or label. Please contact us before ordering if you have an allergy.

Delivery, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Privacy. We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it, as set out in our Privacy Policy.

Your rights. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
